After settling down in my up-to-date apartment, I abruptly realized that the summer time heat would be unbearable.
There was no central air conditioning in my home, so I purchased a portable a/c instead. After many visits to the healthcare expert because of not feeling well, the healthcare expert asked if there was something odd in my life. I told him that I just moved into a up-to-date locale. He asked if there were any differences in the air quality or maybe mold in the house. I told him no mold however the only thing is that there is no central air conditioning so I had to buy a portable a/c. He asked if I had it cleaned out because bacteria can be formed due to dirty air filters. I didn’t know this at all & I wondered if this was the issue all along. Technically, I did buy my portable a/c from a private seller & I’m sure it was just collecting dust before I got it from him. So I went apartment & looked at it & sure enough, the air filters were gross. The healthcare expert was right & I knew what I had to do. It was cleaning time because I’m sick & exhausted of being sick. After a thorough cleaning of the portable a/c, I turned it on & I was pretty exhausted, so I went to bed. The next afternoon I felt a bit better & the cool air from the portable a/c didn’t bother me one bit. I feel going forward I should check on these air filters, entirely once a week for now so I don’t get sick again.
