The HVAC company that I have been hiring for the last few decades is currently under new ownership, and I have no idea how I am supposed to feel about that.
I guess that I am supposed to be happy that the HVAC company is continuing to grow even though the original owner of the HVAC company retired, but at least the new owner of the HVAC company seems to be a decent guy. I was worried that the HVAC company was going to close or become terrible after the original owner of the HVAC company retired. There is a new, younger HVAC technician that is leading the operation. Normally, when a younger HVAC technician takes over, everything changes, but the HVAC technician has been following the same procedures as the old owner. The new owner used to work as an HVAC technician for this HVAC company, and he obviously has the same values. The prices haven’t risen, and he has been able to attract a lot of new HVAC technicians into the HVAC company. It looks like the future is pretty bright for the HVAC company, but I am still sad that the HVAC company is owned by a different HVAC technician. I am worried that things are going to be different from now on. There have been so many times when the HVAC company gets passed on that things change, and I would have been happy if the HVAC company stayed just the way it was. Still, I will be happy if the HVAC company keeps the prices the same. That would be nice.
