Our local HVAC company just recently had a bit of a change.
They ended up transferring some of the heating and air conditioning specialists that have been there for years to another HVAC business that they own, and that HVAC business ended up sending some of their heating and air conditioning workman to our local heating and cooling company.
The HVAC workman I used to have was pretty cool, but he tended to get annoying when he would either be repairing my central heating and air conditioning system, or if he was just there for an HVAC tune up. He would just ramble on about nothing, and expect me to listen. Like I said, cool dude, but just annoying. His replacement though was really over the top kind! And when I say kind, I mean beyond the nicest guy I ever met. When he came to do my bi-monthly HVAC tune up, he introduced himself and came in. Then, he even offered to tell me more about the whole HVAC tune up process if I didn’t understand it (which I did not). He said he does this so everyone knows exactly what is being done to their central heating and air conditioning system. The old HVAC workman, and usually any other HVAC workman wouldn’t do that. Also, this HVAC workman gave us a small discount on the HVAC tune up he did, because he had forgot a few of his tools. He said to apologise for the delay, he was going to give us 20 dollars off. Like I said, he was a really kind fellow.
