The seller never mentioned the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit.

Buying a condo wasn’t nearly as simple or fun as I thought it would be. I had always dreamed of buying a house. I thought I would find my perfect dream house, & I would always be thrilled. I was so wrong about that. I found my dream house, right in the middle of a small community. It was quiet, & I thought I had gotten the best deal possible. There were beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The cupboards were natural wood, picked to compliment the flooring. Brand current stainless steel appliances shined brightly in the family room. There was a built-in corner cupboard in the family room. I loved the house, & I couldn’t wait to move in. Once I moved into the house, I knew I had made the right choice. Two weeks later, I was cursing the house. I was having difficulties with the gas furnace. I thought the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan was fairly new, however that thought was soon forgotten. I had to call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company to come out & labor on the gas furnace. When the young serviceman looked at the gas furnace, she offered me the oddest look. She told me there was no way she could service the gas furnace. She said the gas furnace was older than she was & it needed to be replaced. I had him look at the air conditioning system component & the air duct. She shook her head & said they were all ancient. She had a professional come in & supply me an quote to have the entire Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan installed. The lady told me that to have the heating, air duct & AC component replaced was going to be costly. I was ready to scream.
