The weather has finally changed in this area and I couldn’t be happier… For weeks I dealt with drastic heat and high moisture content, and it hurt to breathe when I was outside due to the humidity.
- The heat got so brutal that even being in the shade was rough.
I make sure to exercise everyday, however it felt taxing whenever the weather would get to around 68 or 90 degrees, however such a small A/C method can only do so much. The lake house HVAC ran non stop. I am glad that it is finally a little cooler. The A/C has turned off and now I am using our central heating equipment. I am legitimately able to go outside and do yard work. I have wanted to paint our outdoor sheds for a rather long time… Now I can do it without risk of sunburn or heat exhaustion. There is just something far much more pleasant about crisp outdoor air and sizzling indoor air than the reverse. I love turning on the natural gas furnace and feeling the gentle warmth in the morning. I love that cool weather ushers in the holidays, nice scents and beautiful sights. I am legitimately a fall and Winter lover for sure, however this area does not get snow, ice or temperatures in the negative. It is chilly enough to warrant a natural gas furnace most of the season however sizzling enough that I can get by without a thick woolen coat when I am outdoors. My indoor heating method is a central gas furnace that provides warmth for every room of the house. It does the job perfectly all through the Winter season.
