The whole-condo air purifier wasn’t really laboring.

I knew there was a concern with the whole-condo air purifier when I walked into the condo two days after having salmon for supper the smell was still lingering.

It wasn’t as strong as the afternoon I made the salmon, but it was still noticeable.

Even my hubby commented that the whole-condo air purifier wasn’t doing its task. I asked if he had changed the HEPA air filter lately. He admitted it had been about six weeks, but that shouldn’t really make that much difference. He had changed the HEPA air filter, and then he called the heating and A/C company. He was sure my buddy and I had a concern with the whole-condo whole-condo air purifier. Two days later, the heating and A/C worker arrived. Even though the HEPA air filter had been changed, the smell of salmon was still present in the air. It wasn’t as strong as it was originally, but it was still there. He turned the whole-condo air purifier off and checked to see if all the components were running well. The UV light was intact and laboring well. The HEPA air filter was clean, however he knew there was something wrong. He just could not pinpoint what the concern was. He laughed and told us there was more than one air filter in the whole-condo air purifier. He checked the preliminary air filter, and it was clogged. The air wasn’t penetrating the primary air filter, so it wasn’t getting to the HEPA air filter, which did the final filtering step. Once he changed the primary air filter and made sure the fan system was laboring, he told us it should be fine for another year. He reminded my hubby there were two air filters in the system.
