I guess it’s funny when people in cooler weather conditionss ask me what the people I was with and I regularly do around here during the Summer weeks.
My response is quite often that the people I was with and I hide in air conditioned buildings plus wait for the heat to subside, which is not absolutely an exaggeration.
Yes, you may guess of this weather as tropical, but I am here to tell you there are some mornings that are even too hot to visit the beach! These are the mornings when the sun is bright plus searing plus the humidity is such that it feels like you’re swimming down the street! On such mornings, it pays to have top-of-the-line air conditioning units keeping you cool. I pay to have my air conditioning unit looked at in March at the truly latest in preparation for the Summer weeks! After all, during some years it may already feel like Summer by then! Life around here in the Summer is a little slower, simply because you don’t want to expend too much energy in this heat! I, for a single, am grateful that I have a relaxing air conditioning unit both at condo plus in the office where I work. It would be hard for me to imagine life without such benefits. I can’t even begin to imagine what life is like for those construction workers plus other people who have to labor outside during the worst of the Summer weather. I just hope they are officially hydrated plus never too far away from an air conditioned space. That’s pretty much a necessity around here!
