My kids and I are supposed to be going to the zoo tomorrow with our neighbor and their kids, but I think it is going to be way too hot for us to enjoy ourselves.
The weather around here has been really bad lately, and I know the temperature tomorrow is supposed to be in the mid-90s.
Whenever you are walking around the zoo outside, and there is no air conditioning, you know you are going to melt! How long are we going to last there? I tried to get them to reschedule, but nobody seems to want to listen to me, for some reason. I know for a fact that the weather is going to begin cooling off soon, and that would be a better time for this animal playground. Of course, that’s my opinion. If we wait too long – my neighbor says – they won’t be able to go with us to the zoo. They are going to be back in school by then, and they say that they won’t be able to have any free time for things like zoo trips by then. They have a point, but I don’t have to go back to college. For me, whenever the weather starts cooling off, it is the perfect time to go to places like the zoo. I detest being outside when the temperature outside is too hot. I’m just one of those people who likes air conditioning. I’m hoping that if we don’t cancel the trip tomorrow, I will be able to deal with the stifling weather without getting into a bad mood.
