I planned on opening up a barber shop near my residence for a long time now… I saved for years while making currency for someone else.
I knew I was finally prepared to open up my own barber shop when I saw the perfect shop area for rent.
It was nearby my residence, in a good location, and just the size I required. I called the number in a hurry… That is when I learned that the area for rent had already been rented out by another person. They just hadn’t taken down the signs yet. I was severely disappointed. I looked around for a different shop area for rent but couldn’t manage to find anything that was just right. I was honestly tempted to just settle for a shop area that was mainly right but then I talked myself out of doing that. After all, starting up my own barber shop is going to be pretty costly. I assume this is a situation where I entirely only get a single shot. I need to make it count altogether. That means I need to find the best area to rent! I can’t go for something that is mediocre. So I kept working for a different barber shop for a few months and I kept looking for a wonderful location to rent. Then I got a call, out of the blue, from the renters who I had called in the first place. The ones who had the perfect area for rent that had already been called for. They let me know that they had a spot opening up in the same strip mall. The shop area was exactly like the previous one that I wanted. Only, it was a few stores down. I went and looked at the available space. It was superb! I called them back and said I would rent the place.
