Using a candle or two

Powerful storms plus inclement weather are a normal occurrence in our neck of the woods. Every one of us live in an section of the country known as “Tornado Alley” plus all of us live on the edge every time the skies darken plus the wind blows. Growing up I remember constantly seeing a candle burning in the living room window. This is because mom constantly watches the flame to see if the wind was blowing. If the candle ever blew out, it meant that the storms were coming plus he would ready us for the storm shelter. Every one of us lost multiple of our belongings over the years due to wind plus rain. I can’t tell you how multiple times our outdoor air conditioning units had to be updated. It was like a revolving door at times plus all of us knew the Heating plus A/C serviceman on a first name basis. Every one of us tried everything to try plus stake it to the ground better but it was no match for a swirling tornado. I even recall a single time when it ended up almost half a mile away in their neighbor’s yard! Being an Heating plus A/C serviceman in an section with such volatile weather keeps you unquestionably busy; Not only the repair people, the warelake house people as well because they are consistently having to order up-to-date unit to update what has been lost. What are the hardest section about the whole thing is the fact that, unless you have a particular form of insurance, your proper homeowners policy will not cover multiple of these updatements. I like the section in which all of us live because the un-even temperatures are fairly mild most of the year, however I could do separate from the storms. To this day I too, keep a candle in the window so that I can be prepared in the event of a tornadic event.
