Was worth it getting cleaners

It was a dream of mine to do something where I didn’t have to answer to a boss.

A career where I could set the tone and trajectory was a particularly early dream for me.

But, it was an ambition that had to go through some steps. It’s just a fact that to be your own boss, you may have to spend money in odd places. That’s how it was for me. When I finally felt that I was ready, I went out on our own. I started small by starting the business in our own home. I did this for nearly 3 years before I had enough customers to rent an office space. However, that office space did not include any sort of office cleaning crew. That meant that when I closed the doors at night, I was the dude that had to do the cleaning, taking out the garbage, mopping the floors plus washing windows. It just plain sucked. The company grew plus being the maid after I closed up the shop just got to be far too much to handle. I was working more than 12 hour shifts plus cleaning well into the evening. It was hurting my efficiency. I was worried about the cost of a cleaning crew plus that they would not do a great job. Turns out all our worries were for naught. I got a particularly affordable janitorial team that comes in every other day. They do a much better job than I ever did. At the end of the night I can just go back to the house too.
