We finally bought a dwelling with a fireplace.

When my associate and I were house shopping, one of the things my associate and I had at the top of our list for the realtor was that my associate and I wanted a fireplace.

My friend and I looked at ten houses the first week, and none of them had the dwelling my associate and I wanted, or the fireplace.

My friend and I wanted an older house on at least ten acres, and a fireplace. My friend and I saw trailers in trailer parks… She showed us a small cottage that was next to state game lands. She didn’t show us an older house, or an arena with a fireplace. She told us it was strenuous to find a house with a fireplace. Most people didn’t really want to mess with a fireplace, so they either had them taken out, or didn’t buy the house, then if they weren’t even buying the houses with the fireplaces, where were they? The realtor told me she just could not find any. I showed her a house my associate and I had found on zillow. It was an older house on fifteen acres, and the house needed work, and the dwelling was worth more than the list price. She said it was in bad shape and didn’t feel my associate and I would be interested. I told her my associate and I wanted an older house so my associate and I could repair it up and make it ours. She actually gave me a look that asked if I was kidding. I pointed out there was also a fireplace in the house. She asked if my associate and I wanted to look at the house. If the house had a fantastic roof and a dry basement, my associate and I were going to buy it. Two weeks later, my associate and I bought our house, and it had a fireplace.
