Dad wanted everything to be safe plus secure in case the renters had children. The first people who came to look at the house, asked about the air duct. She didn’t love dust plus her partner was allergic to everything. He said he wasn’t going to get rid of the air duct plus install a ductless Heating plus A/C plan just for them. They then had a young couple who was sad about the air vents. They had various young children plus it sad them that their babies could be burnt on the air vents. He was asking about the furnace plus the a/c. He wanted to think if there was a dehumidifier or air purifications plan in the Heating plus A/C. I told him that the Heating plus A/C plan was only various years old. I had installed the Heating plus A/C plan for our parents plus it had an whole-house air purifier, dehumidifier plus a humidifier. We had finally found someone to rent the house.
