For my boyfriend’s birthday I am going to take him on a trip.
He is a December baby and I want to go right around his birthday. So the cold is a factor. I am debating between two options. One idea is going to a tropical island. I found airfare quite cheap for a beautiful beach vacation. I also found a condo that has a lot of great amenities. The central cooling system is brand new, there is a pool, work out room and we would be steps from the beach. The downside is that this is more of a me vacation. I love lazing on the beach and drinking in quality cooling by the bar. My boyfriend loves exploring. In the tropics you can’t really do this. The other option is that we go out west on a hiking vacation. I found a log cabin that boasts having traditional heating. We would have to chop wood and operate a fireplace. We also could hike in the woods and pitch a tent if we wanted. Our cabin would also be steps away from a national park where would could explore. My boyfriend would love this. The fireplace would be such a fun challenge to him. He would not mind freezing cold outside. He could spend all day hiking around in the wild. I think I would want to kill myself in the end. So what do I do? A trip he would sorta like and I’d love? Or a trip I would hate but he would really like it?
