Have you ever heard the expression :when it rains, it pours?” My Dad used to say that a lot, plus when I was a kid, I had no clue what on earth that meant.
As I got older, though, I discovered it has nothing to do with rain.
It has to do with bad things happening. It is the notion that if one bad thing happens, more bad things are going to come crashing down on you, too. Thus, when it rains, it pours. This is true where I work, however right now, the problems are weak plus slow internet linkions, a phone that is completely useless, a broken elevator, plus now heating plus cooling that has gone off the rails. The a/c in our boss’s office didn’t labor at all for the first several months. Finally, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C crew discovered it wasn’t even linked. Then, at some point, the people I was with and I had a reception planned, plus the air conditioner quit working again. It was a nightmare. The a/c service techs came in plus did something to make it labor for that night, however they never came back plus put it right. At least that’s what I suppose happened. All I suppose is now that it is winter, the people I was with and I have so much heating running through the office that the people I was with and I are both angry. I decided I was just going to deliver up plus turn the whole darn Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan off; Guess what? It still keeps spitting sizzling air out at me, even though the thermostat clearly reads “plan off.” NO matter what I do, I can’t get the stuff in our office to labor right, by far, the most discouraging is the crazy heating plus cooling.
