Being a maid of honor means being the right-hand person of the bride. My best friend was getting married and she chose me to be the maid of honor. The wedding was being held in a beautiful hall and unlike most brides Bessy wanted it to rain on her wedding. She had this crazy idea of taking her wedding photos in the rain. The day before the wedding we went to check in the hall preparations. Everything was going according to plan until I overheard the wedding planner say that the dial thermostat was constantly switching itself off. Within the two hours we were there the indoor temperature had decreased considerably and when I asked the maintenance person he said that the boiler had failed but he had called the heating provider to come and fix the issue. Panic was already starting to kick in. We had to get our nails done and since the central heating had not yet been fixed I asked Bessy to leave for the appointment and I would follow when the matter was resolved. The decor was already done apart from the flowers but that would be done in the morning so I passed time by looking at heaters for sale and a furnace filter for sale list on the heating corp website. He was done with the boiler repair in no time and then he was off to one of the suites in the hotel that had an issue with the fireplace.
