My pet was resting in the middle of the living room looking at me with a really uneasy look on her face because this was the fourth time this month I had burned dinner & it was only Sunday.
When I turned on the living room sink faucet to clean the dirty dishes, all that came out was ice-cold water.
I could not guess that the boiler could fail me yet again. I dumped everything in the sink & went to bed. The following day I consulted a heating dealer who after a lengthy discussion about our a/c complications showed me a catalog of new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device that I might need to buy in the future. Later that day an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairman came to our house & did all the needed repairs. She commended me on how well I had taken care of the gas furnace filter which was clean because I had replaced it less than a month ago. She offered me a little pep talk on heating technology & also offered me tips on how to maintain our quality Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. She got a call to go & check out an oil gas furnace in another house so she offered me her cell number in case I had any questions or complications.
