It’s important to eat the right foods and drink plenty of water. It’s also important to exercise regularly. When the body has regular exercise, proper nutrition and sleep, The mind is always healthier. After my girlfriend and I broke up, I needed something to occupy my time. My mom and dad suggested joining the fitness center close to my apartment. My mom said that it would be helpful to exercise, because regular exercise can really help with depression. I was sad and upset and feeling extremely depressed, so I took my mom and dad’s advice and purchased a membership to the fitness center. I had to pay a small amount of money up front, and I also have to make monthly payments. The monthly payments for the fitness center are automatically withdrawn from my bank account each month on the 5th day. Since I started working out and exercising regularly, I have seen a lot of differences and my emotional and physical health. I’m still upset about the breakup, but the depression doesn’t weigh me down and affect my day-to-day living. My physical health is better than it has been in my life and I feel great. I started going to a krav maga class last month. The instructor is an ex UFC fighter and he looks like a brick house. The class is really physical and I like to work hard and release all that energy.
