Last year was not only taxing for myself and others because of the pandemic, even though I went through a divorce which drove myself and others to depression. Fortunately, I sought help and I am doing better now, and I am doing so much better than I am moving into a modern place, but the ironic thing is that I am moving to a much greater space than the 1 I lived in with our ex-spouse. I am happy about this mostly because it has a great modern HVAC system. The condo is newly built plus so all of the utilities are new. The cooling install of the modern HVAC was done last week, therefore, I am sure that the indoor comfort is of high quality. The condo is beside the park plus the view is just amazing. The HVAC component uses a HEPA filter which is 1 of the highest quality filters in the market today. This means that our respiratory concerns will reduce because of the great air quality. The landlord proposed the HVAC repair, she proposed it be done at least once a year. The house service company had offered a complimentary HVAC service plan for the first session. This made me absolutely ecstatic as the transfer plus everything involved had put a dent in our purse. The residential HVAC had been purchased for the local commercial HVAC provider. It came with a programmable temperature control that was absolutely ideal for me since I regularly wanted to come to a war house during Winter and be able to chill out during summer. Fortunately, the component did not have a duct or HVAC duct plus did not need duct sealing which when wrongly done may affect the function of the component plus the weather conditions control. The temperature control was the icing on the cake.
