An efficient HVAC unit

Saving money on heating and cooling costs is something I’ve been reading about on the Internet.

I have seen several places say if you buy a portable heater and a portable air conditioner, and use them in place of your central heating and cooling unit, you could end up saving a lot of cash on your monthly electric bills! This could nearly cut them in half! Sounds too fantastic to be true? It seems so! I’m a risk-taker, though, so I am considering giving it a try.

Using the portable heating and air conditioner half the day and the central heating and air conditioner the remainder may be a great idea – I’m not completely sure. Portable heating systems are pretty cheap, but the portable air conditioners are not. They run around $400 on sale, so if this proposal did not work, this would be a waste of money, but I’m going for it. Will the truth pan out, or will this turn out to be Internet lies? I have been studying this stuff on assorted websites that I got to through clicking many links. Whatever the case, the more I learn about it, the more I am convinced to do this. It does make sense that portable heating systems and portable air conditioners consume less energy than running a central heating and cooling unit all of the time.
