As long as the air ducts are good, it only takes about 4 hours to install an air conditioning system

For the past 2 years, I have been living in a gated condominium community.

It has been very enjoyable in my two bedroom condo.

I live on the top floor, so there’s no noise above me. I also appreciate the fact that the condo complex overlooks A beautiful pond surrounded by trees that ducks love to swim in throughout the day. It’s become an enjoyable custom of mine to watch the sunset at the end of the day while I relax and drink tea on my balcony. I don’t have very many complaints at this condo, but I will say that it took forever for the landlord to finally decide to replace the air conditioner. It was clear that the air conditioner was faulty, but instead of replacing it, the landlord just kept sending an HVAC technician out to repair it. After a while, it became apparent even to the landlord that the air conditioner needed to be replaced entirely. On the day that he sent out an HVAC technician to install a brand new air conditioner, I decided to take off from work to let him into my condo and watch him work on installing the air conditioner. After the HVAC technician did an inspection, I asked him how long it would take to install the new air conditioner. He replied that it would take no more than 4 hours or less! I thought it would take him the entire day, so I was quite happy that it would only take him 4 hours. The HVAC technician explained that my ductwork was already in very decent shape, so it would not need to be replaced. This would cut down on the time it would take to install the new air conditioner. Once the new air conditioner was installed, I must say that I have not had any HVAC problems ever since!
