Assistance with weight loss

When our sister was young, she was chubby & overweight.

  • She weighed 150 lb in the 6th great.

When she started sixth grade, she started to tightdown. She was playing soccer every day, & the exercise was great! My sister became a genuinely different person. She started eating fruits & vegetables, & she provided up meat & dairy completely. My Mom thought she would become a vegetarian or a vegan, although she still eats fish & poultry once in a while. She started worrying about her fitness, & she begged our mom to let her go to the gym. When our sister turned 16, our mom & dad obtained her a pass to go to the gym. My sister rode her bike to the fitness center every day, & she spent 2 hours actually working out. She used the treadmill to build endurance, & she toned up those muscles with free weights & strength exercises. When our sister graduated from high university, she decided to become a personal trainer. She already knew a lot of people from the gym, & she was already actually working part-time as a personal trainer; The fitness center agreed to hire our sister full-time, & they provided her a 5-day class schedule. My sister also has multiple for 8 personal training buyers. My sister has come a long way since the third grade, & it’s hard to know that she is the same kid… I’m entirely proud of our sister & all of her accomplishments. If she can turn her life around & become a personal trainer, after that I suppose that I can do anything.
