Crystal is writing right now in her parent’s guest home office and she can’t feel her feet. She supposes they have their smart temperature control set to “freeze your daughter’s feet” and she must say that it is quite an efficient unit at doing so. Crystal plans on going for a swim soon in the gulf to heat up her feet because the gulf is pretty hot now that the hot weather is coming. Mother Nature has turned on her heating unit and everything is heating up in this town. Crystal knows the snowbirds have already left because the roads are pretty empty at the moment. Well, she wouldn’t say pretty empty, but a lot less than it was last month. She is driving a rental car and thank God it has ice cold HVAC because she couldn’t survive if not. She is aware she may need to charge it soon though because it seems to be blowing coolish air and not cold air each day. If Crystal went down to the local company that does Heating & Air Conditioning charging and repairs, she knows they would be able to mend the problem fast. She could get a recharge kit at the auto parts store even though Crustal doesn’t even understand where the fill valve is on these new cars anymore. It used to be that you could fix your car with a screwdriver and wrench. But, nowadays you need an IT degree and a smartphone to work on them. She’s totally lost with car repairs nowadays.
