Determining the perfect heater for old house

I inherited a house from my dad, who inherited it from his dad, this cycle has been going for generations.

Each firstborn son takes charge of the home when the last keeper dies, then it is a culture that my feminist sisters protest to date even though none of them would like to live in the space.

I also have another home in the city which has all the features of a new home. Even so, I couldn’t run away from my family’s home. I had to take care of it by ensuring everything runs as it should. Fortunately, the home has its own fund, which helps meet the real estate’s maintenance cost. For a long time, this home has been using an outdated heating gas furnace to keep it sizzling while in winter. The gas furnace is broken and needs to be replaced. I talked to my siblings about this and asked for their opinion on the heating plan that I should install, and they all had divergent opinions, as always. I knew I had to make a choice myself, and everyone else would deal with the consequence of my decision, but at least, I had heard what they would like. I consulted my heating and A/C contractor, and he advised me to install a hybrid heat pump system. This heating and A/C plan combines an electric heat pump and a propane or gas-burning furnace. It also had a cooling plan to cool a home while in summertime. I ran this idea by my siblings for their opinion, and they were unusually agreeable to it. In fact, they said it was the perfect plan for the outdated home. I went ahead and contacted an heating and A/C contractor and booked my heat and AC product. I deluged the replacement process to an heating and A/C specialist who installed the heating and A/C plan in my home. It’s been 2 years now, and we’ve spent 2 winters at the outdated house with the new heating and A/C system.
