I live in a single of the hottest weather conditionss in the US and believe it or not I do not like living with heating and cooling.
The reason is that it just cost too much to heat and cool my place in the area so I decided to live without it.
I wouldn’t go as far as to say that I do not miss it, although I have found that if you are determined enough to live with success you will be able to. So many people nowadays are reliant on their heating and A/C systems and they spent thoUSAnds of dollars getting nice and modern heating and cooling systems however also tons of cash and repairs and upgrade fees. I completely avoid these by choosing to live without any kind of heating and cooling system. Because it is so warm here year round, I do have a idea of keeping my beach house cool, it is an older, however in my opinion efficient method, and all I do is I simply put fans in my windows, I use the large box kind and if you lay directly in front of the fan while we were in some of the hottest periods of the morning you will find that the fan can particularly be quite relieving. I do assume some people that have said that they believe the fans only blow in more warm air rather than cool air. I would disagree. It has worked for myself and others for a long time and I see no plans on changing it. While some might see it as drastic I even went as far as to have my heating and cooling idea removed. I particularly want no area of it, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies do still try and sell myself and others stuff, however I’m holding out on this. My family may find myself and others to be a bit silly however this kind of silly works for me.
