Getting furnace installation in old home

I inherited a house from my dad, who inherited it from his dad.

This cycle has been going for generations, each firstborn son takes charge of the place when the last keeper dies, it is a culture that my feminist siblings protest to date even though none of them would love to live in the space.

I also have another place in the city which has all the features of a new home. Even so, I couldn’t run away from my family’s home. I had to take care of it by ensuring everything runs as it should. Fortunately, the house has its own fund, which helps meet the real estate’s service cost. For a long time, this place has been using an old heating gas furnace to keep it sizzling while in winter. The gas furnace is broken and needs to be substituted. I talked to my siblings about this and asked for their opinion on the heating plan that I should install. They all had divergent opinions, as figured I knew I had to make a choice myself, and everyone else would deal with the consequence of my decision. But at least, I had heard what they would like. I consulted my heating and A/C dealer, and he advised me to install a hybrid heat pump system. This heating and A/C plan combines an electric heat pump and a propane or gas-burning furnace. It also had a cooling plan to cool a home while in summer. I ran this system by my siblings for their opinion, and they were unusually agreeable to it. In fact, they said it was the perfect plan for the old home. I went ahead and contacted an heating and A/C supplier and booked my heat and A/C product. I deluged the replacement process to a heating and A/C serviceman who installed the heating and A/C plan in my home. It’s been several years now, and we’ve spent several winters at the old house with the new heating and A/C system.
