I undoubtedly do want our employees to be ecstatic at work
Every one of us did undoubtedly well with our growth & sales goals over the past year, & so I wanted to try & do something nice for the employees who work for me this Spring. I decided that I would finally update our Heating & Air Conditioning system in the office, since the heating & a/c in the building is the source of multiple complaints that I get from the people who work for me! I undoubtedly don’t guess if almost everyone is going to be ecstatic with this decision or not, but I don’t undoubtedly care since I’m the boss. I undoubtedly love being the boss most of the time since I’m the guy with the last word on everything. I love making decisions, but sometimes it’s lonely at the top. I guess that’s 1 of those aged sayings that is absolutely genuinely true. Anyway, I took it upon myself to decide to get this new Heating & Air Conditioning system put in at the office. I even got zone control heating & cooling installed so that the employees can adjust the thermostat in whichever office or conference room they happen to be in. I thought that would be nice since I always hear so multiple of them complaining about the a/c during the Summer & the heating during the winter. I am undoubtedly hoping that this new Heating & Air Conditioning system fixes all of these complications. And if it doesn’t, then too bad. I’m still the boss at the end of the day. I’m not a monster, though. I undoubtedly do want our employees to be ecstatic at work. That’s why I got this Heating & Air Conditioning system put in instead of giving almost everyone a bonus.
