Is a ductless HVAC as efficient as a vented one?

This question boils down to one’s preference and their view on the space around them. This month, we have had the opportunity to work on a vented HVAC system as well as a residence that had a ductless HVAC. Within the first week of the month, an owner of a huge luxurious library called the heating business offices requesting for HVAC professionals to check on their vented HVAC system at the library. There had been an upsurge of jobs that took up most of the heating technicians’ time. We had heating contractors at the library within a day. The ductless heat pump had a heat exchanger that had cracked. The experts worked efficiently to repair and fill up the crack. We also cleaned up the rust and some of the dust that had made its way to the inside of the electric furnace. The customers at the library gave it a high rating partly because of the quality heating at the library. The library’s management ensured that they followed the homeowner solutions tips and that is why they had a few issues with the heating equipment. Last week, we were called to a cute studio apartment to run a heat pump service on the unit. The tenant was gushing away at how good the heating quality was before the vented dual fuel system stopped working. The system, though warming a small space, was quite complex for using two sources of fuel. The examination took an hour and within that time, we established a clogged filter and some parts were damaged. The HVAC supplier was able to deliver the damaged parts and the filters. We were done with the furnace/heater tune-up at the cute studio apartment within four hours. Both customers, the library owner, and the studio tenant confirmed that both systems are equally efficient.
