My crazy neighbors are always jealous of the new things that we get for ourselves.
I don’t know why, but they are always trying to compare themselves to us for some reason.
I have never been that kind of person, and so I don’t really understand that mindset. I think everybody should just do whatever it is that they really want instead of always trying to compare themselves with other people. I don’t know, maybe I’m just weird. Anyway, when we first moved into this neighborhood, I started to notice something a little bit weird about our neighbors. First of all, when we got some landscaping done, they ended up getting the same exact thing done at their house. Then, when we got a new car, they got one just like it! Whenever we had the heating and cooling technician over at our house installing a new whole home air purification system a couple of weeks ago, our neighbors nearly strained their eyes, spying on us to try and see what we were doing at our house. I finally walked over to their house and told them that we were getting a new whole home air purification system installed that would run in tandem with our existing heating and cooling system. You should have seen the looks on their faces when I told them that. I could tell right away that they were feeling jealous and that they were going to be calling the HVAC company themselves! Sure enough, the very next week, the HVAC maintenance truck was parked in their driveway!
