My bestie & I broke up a few weeks ago & she moved out of the apartment, then all of us were tearing all of the bills & I could not afford to live in the apartment alone, then i decided to get a roommate to rent the other family room.
- I put an ad on Craigslist & I also sited an advertisement in the university managery.
I gained a lot of interest, so I decided to raise the price, that got rid of a lot of people, & I found a group of individuals that looked right for interviews. I finally found the perfect tenant & she moved in last weekend. All of us have a lot of things in common. All of us both like to go hiking in the woods & the people I was with and I both prefer painting & sculpting. I thought the people I was with and I would have a lot of interesting things to talk about… Unluckyly, our new roommate spends most of her time in the family room. All of us rarely ever talk & I only see him for supper, lunch, & supper. The worst part about our new roommate is all of the complaints. She has complained about everything in the apartment from the laundry room to the family room & bathroom. The latest complaint is about the indoor temperatures. She wants to adjust the temperature control so it is colder in the apartment. She does not spend money for any of the utility bill & that is part of our rental agreement. I don’t allow him to adjust the temperature control. It needs to stay on the same temperature at all times in order to save money; My new roommate is going to need to adjust to the indoor temperatures & stop complaining.
