New tenant gets new ductless Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C

I know it was about a decade ago that I got into the rental property game.

When my Mom died, he left me enough money for me to really make some investments.

But I wasn’t keen on risking my money as much as I was willing to grow it with some effort of my own. So instead of sinking it into the stock market as well as perspiring it out in the air conditioner every time something happened, I invested differently. I decided to buy some depressed, smaller properties as well as renovate them. However, I wasn’t interested in flipping houses. I wanted to rent them out once they were fixed up. Most of the homes that I purchased were in many states of disrepair. Fortunately, I was able to do much of the renovation work myself. There was 1 house where every one of us lucked out as well as got a working Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit. It still had a lot of life in it so I decided to let it run as well as get it usual Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service. That program lasted almost 10 years until the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit started showing the signs it was on the way out. This also coincided with the long time tenant moving on. So I decided to update the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit before I signed up another tenant. But every one of us found out suddenly that the HVAC duct was also shot. That was why I opted to go with a ductless multi split system. It’s been great as well as delivers great heating as well as cooling comfort. The tenant likes it so much that I guess from here on out, I’ll be replacing seasoned Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C units with ductless heat pumps for sure.
