Only doing gymnastic based workouts

I did gymnastics all throughout school and in college.

I now tumble in my carport with a few folding mats down. I am nowhere near the Olympic level on the floor tumbling. I have to say though, I am proud of what I have accomplished. I am in my mid twenties and still doing impressive tumbling. I do it everyday for at least an hour. My body is rock hard and I am still improving. Yes, I sustain some injuries. Yes, it technically doesn’t matter what I achieve. I still love doing it and it makes working out fun. I think that is why some people struggle to work out. You need to find something that you enjoy doing and that is how you lose weight. I love tumbling because it works my whole body. I get arms with handstands and shoulders with back handsprings. I get leg work with cartwheels and abs with back tucks. I also like that each day I rotate what trick I do so it never gets stale. I should do a slight variation of all my stuff though. I hardly get to work my biceps with my tumbling. I also don’t get a lot of heavy cardio with tumbling since I do one trick at a time. A friend of mine is trying to convince me to do yoga with her. I feel this is still under the umbrella of tumbling. I am still doing holds and a lot of stretching. I would like to do a heavy cardio class or weightlifting though. I wonder if the fitness center in town has any of those offered.
