Routine is off because I work online now

I am a very routine based person.

I am used to getting up early, do my group fitness class, go to work, run errands afterwards and then just be home.

Everyday is basically the same and I love it. Now because of the virus, my whole routine is thrown off. I now work totally online and don’t need to drive into the office. What stinks is that near my office is the core progression gym, grocery store, bank and post office. So now I have been slacking on my workouts and errands. I don’t have enough time to drive to my fitness class and then home to be at my desk at the right time for work. I either need to do a different time or a different day for my fitness class. What would be ideal is driving out after work, doing a fitness class and then getting errands. I could adjust to that routine. The only thing stopping me is the class offered is different and run by a new personal trainer. I do a yoga class in the morning with Cheryl. The after work fitness class is a weight training class instructed by Greg. I don’t know how I feel about weightlifting for a workout. On one hand, I have never lifted weights before in my life. My arms could use a little toning. On the other hand, I don’t think I will be stretching or getting much of a cardio workout. At this point I am kind of up in the air on what is the right call here.
