Sister fails to verify integrity of Heating

A little over a year ago, our older sister replaced her home’s a/c.

Marcie couldn’t wait to brag to myself and others about the exceptionally high SEER rating. She was so impressed with the manufacturer of the cooling idea she chose. She told myself and others how her new a/c was a undoubtedly overpriced plus top-of-the-line model that included all these awesome features. Marcie was so sure her bi-weekly electric bills would be chop in half plus her condo would be far more comfortable, cleaner plus healthier than mine. When I asked about the Heating plus A/C corporation who was completing the replacement process, she had undoubtedly little information. Marcie had observed an ad in the newspaper for a free bid plus called them up. The girl talked her into all of these overpriced replaces with promises for low utility bills plus amazing comfort. I was shocked that she hadn’t bothered to learn purchaser reviews or verify their rating with the Better Business Bureau. My sister didn’t even assume whether or not the corporation was a factory authorized contractor or guaranteed their work. She wasn’t sure if the professionals were NATE-certified or fully licensed plus insured. I wasn’t surprised that when the a/c was installed, Marcie wasn’t glad with the boys who showed up. She said that they delayed the replacement project many times, showed up late for the appointment plus tracked dirt through her house. They left debris behind for her to clean up plus never explained the features or operation of the a/c. They didn’t handle the registration for the manufacturer’s warranty. Unluckyly, they also messed up the actual replacement of the cooling equipment. Whenever the a/c cycled on, it rattled plus wasn’t putting out much air. She ended up calling a odd corporation to come in plus resolve these concerns.
