The customer was furious about the A/C compressor

Yesterday morning, the same lady called again plus she wanted an estimate for a new air compressor upgrade.

Every once in a while, a customer becomes super upset when they hear horrible news. I have been in the same position plus I recognize it is a blow to receive horrendous news. A number of weeks ago, my boss sent me to a residential AC repair job. I went to the same address a couple of months previously to repair another complication with the AC device! The equipment was 9 years old plus I advocated replacing the air compressor at that time. The customer did not have the cash to replace the a/c device, so I did my best to make the repair. I went to the same address to find the same setback. This time, a repair could not be made plus I told the customer that the air compressor needed to be replaced entirely. The lady was extremely irritated plus upset plus she instantly accused me of breaking the machine. I attempted to politely explain the concerns with the AC device, but she wasn’t unquestionably listening to anything I had to say. After 10 minutes of arguing with the customer about the price for the air compressor, she finally covered the cost for the bill for the quote plus recommended that she would call multiple locations to figure out a better price. Yesterday morning, the same lady called again plus she wanted an estimate for a new air compressor upgrade. I definitely knew she would come back. We have the best prices plus equally great service. The bunch of us even meet any other price plus then split it by a certain percent. It would be nuts for the lady not to use our services.
