Shortly after the water heater was replaced, I also had a problem with the AC. I decided to contact the same company that handled the water heater. I knew the company handled heating and AC repairs and installation jobs. The customer service was excellent and the prices were affordable. I contacted the same telephone number and I found out that they have a different branch that handles all of the AC problems. The lady on the phone gave me the number for the branch. I made an appointment with the AC repair company. I really didn’t want to hear bad news, and I was happy when the technician evaluated the problems and felt a repair was warranted. I really thought I was going to end up replacing two expensive appliances in the same month. The service technician assured me that the AC system is still in great shape. The problem was a minor electrical issue that was easily solved by replacing the faulty part. I also received a 90-day warranty on the repair. I’ve had a couple of other service providers in my home and all of those warranties are usually only 30 days. I was pleased to see a longer warranty, because I knew that meant the job was done properly.
