There is no better feeling in the whole world than a great chat with a stranger.
I have constantly enjoyed talking to new people and hearing about their life experiences, although I don’t usually expect it from a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business rep! I have had quite a few Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairs and upgradements and A/C tune ups over the years, so I guess I generally know what to expect.
The cooling system business arrives, does their job, I pay them and they leave. Nothing is truly unproper or special. However, this one cooling system specialist that came out to our home was out of the norm. Instead of going straight to labor prefer most of the heating and cooling business reps do, she instead stood and talked with myself and others for a bit, and explained how the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance appointment usually goes. It was quite interesting to listen to him explain the many different parts of the cooling system, and while I didn’t fully grasp all of it, it was still cool nonetheless. Then she moved from Heating, Ventilation, and A/C topics to general day-to-day life and every one of us had a truly great chat. Of course, she had to transport on from talking to actually fixing the complications with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device, but it was a great talk while it lasted! The rest of the morning I was in a much better mood, just for having such a great talk with him. I am hoping I can get him again the next time, since I plan on getting our ducts cleaned in the near future. However, I guess that a lot of times they send out whatever Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair tech is available, so I may not see him again.
