I hire a cleaning service to clean my home once a month.
And they usually do a great job on their own with just the basic service that I pay for.
However, the last time they came they went above and beyond which was very thoughtful of them. They ended up cleaning the outer air vents of my central heating and air conditioning system unit. The outer air vents of my central heating and air conditioning system unit is not something that is part of their deal and they do not have to do it. And they went and cleaned my air vents of my central heating and air conditioning system unit at no extra cost to me what so ever! They did not ask for extra pay and did not even hint at it. They did a fine job and I gave them a little extra pay on my own. My air vents to the central heating and air conditioning system could use a good cleaning on the outside. Because its the outer dirt collecting on them that ends up getting into the inner air vents and eventually gets in the ductwork, making a huge clogged up mess that could crash my central heating and air conditioning system unit all together! By having the outer air vents cleaned it also avoids the need for frequent ductwork cleaning. It is something I should probably start doing on my own, however it is a matter of remembering to get up on a ladder and actually do it. Plus it is having the energy.
