Thrilled to have a core progression in the neighborhood

My neighborhood has never been large or affluent enough to sustain a gym.

Various companies have tried to open up either a body wellness center or a gym.

There are not enough health-conscientious people in our local area. Very few of my neighbors workout. I am hopeful that the latest gym might survive. A core progression opened up just a few miles from my home and it is awesome. The gym provides big locker rooms with clean showers that feature excellent water pressure. There are all different types of fitness equipment such as weight lifting machines, cardio machines and a spacious yoga studio where I can stretch or take group classes. Because it is a core progression, they also offer personal training. I have access to private fitness coaching or a semi-private class. The group classes offered include spin class, yoga, physical training, pilates, body recovery, boot camp and even bodybuilding. I have signed up to do several of these classes. I am concerned that the core progression spent so much money to get started. Every piece of equipment is top of the line plus brand new. There is a whole team of certified fitness experts walking around to help out in the gym. It is great to have qualified people available to assist. I am worried the gym won’t be able to cover this huge overhead. I plan to take advantage of all the classes plus equipment while I can. The last thing I want is to have the gym shut down without my support. I am encouraging all of my friends and families to sign up. I tell them how taking a group fitness class is so much fun and so rewarding. I don’t want to go back to working out at home.
