My hubby and I were both born and raised out on the farm life, and now that both of us have moved closer to the huge neighborhood and have been exposed to the more modern ways of living, both of us have had some growing pains to say the least, and when both of us first moved into our new home near the neighborhood two years ago, both of us didn’t know the first thing about taking care of it other than sweeping and doing the dishes! All of the modern advances prefer the dishwasher and the state of the art heating and cooling equipment were foreign concepts to us. After both of us messed around with the heating and cooling equipment for a while, both of us were legitimately able to get it working which felt prefer a blessing, it was nice to have something to rely on in the summer time to cool you off other than a breeze from an open window. What both of us didn’t know at that time however was how to scrub and service the unit… The equipment seemed to be working just fine, so both of us never maintained it. After about 6 weeks in the new home but, the heating and cooling equipment began to have some dire concerns. After both of us eventually decided to call a local HVAC repairman to check on it he was shocked when both of us told him that it hadn’t been maintained in half a year, he then sat us down and walked us through all of the things both of us need to do to make sure this equipment is working fantastic and is in great shape. He told us that if both of us did something prefer this again both of us would be spending thousands on repairs. The two of us l acquired an important lesson that day, and nowadays both of us are your average neighborhood loving people!
