Winter has two temperature options; freezing and overheated

I can count on having extremely high on energy bills no matter how strategic I tried to be with my central heating and cooling system

I don’t know about you, but I am depressed. I wish that I could say that this was an unexpected and unfamiliar sensation… But everybody knows that my mood is headed for the gutter as soon as the Sun starts setting at 4 p.m. I am one of those people who is extremely sensitive to seasonal affective disorder. In short, I get extremely depressed when I don’t get enough warmth and sunlight from my outdoor environment. As much as I would like to think that any of the indoor solutions for these issues would help… They do not. For me, winter is nothing except a wild fluctuation from being ridiculously cold to extremely overheated. Every time I walk outside my body is absolutely frigid to the core. Every time I come back inside I am burning hot with the uncomfortable forced air pumping through my central heating system. There is nothing in between when it comes to my temperature options. I can either stand in the middle of the bitterly cold environment outside where the air never stops cutting through the thickest winter coat. Or I can go be sweltering inside of my house, with horribly dry indoor air berating me from every air vent. I can count on having extremely high on energy bills no matter how strategic I tried to be with my central heating and cooling system. I can also count on my toes and fingers being constantly frozen no matter what I tried to do with my indoor air temperature. When it comes to Winter things are brutally sweaty and frigidly dry.
