The way that I choose to spend my free time is probably drastically different than how you spend your free time. However, I am a very practical man, and I didn’t want to waste my free time doing something that wasn’t going to help me in the long run. That is why I have been learning about HVAC units in my free time. I started doing this after calling the HVAC technician the last time that my furnace stopped working. The HVAC technician told me that a compressor had broken, and that was why my furnace wasn’t working. He told me that the HVAC company would call me later to tell me what the repair would cost. The HVAC company called me and told me that the whole project would cost me nearly $1600. I almost lost my drink! There was no way that I could afford to spend that much money on my furnace. Instead, I decided to learn how to do HVAC repairs on my own. I looked up my specific furnace and tried to figure out how I could replace the compressor on my own. The job seemed complicated, but I was patient enough to learn how to do it. I successfully fixed my furnace, and I have been doing my own repairs since. A lot of my free time is spent watching videos or reading books on different HVAC repairs, and I like working with HVAC technicians on my off days. Now, I never have to call the HVAC technician when my HVAC units stop working.
