Ductless heat pump is ideal for dining room

When our spouse & I first bought our home, there was no access to temperature control in the dining room, then our lake house is severely old & not equipped with conventional ductwork.

A natural gas fireplace provides plenty of heat for the living & dining rooms.

The upstairs dining rooms are outfitted with seasoned however effective Moore gas heaters. The dining room was a substantial problem. With Wintertide weather that lasts around 8 months & temperatures well below frigid, we needed to figure out a way to respectfully hot up the dining room… For awhile, we ate lunch with an electric space gas furnace sitting on the table. The two of us were forced to wear our Wintertide coats. The two of us then got the plan to install a pellet stove in the dining room. The stove took up a fantastic deal of space, didn’t look all that attractive & required constant work. The flame often went out & then the stove would blast cold air & make the problem worse. With limited funds, we didn’t have a lot of options to choose from. I finally called a professional Heating, Ventilation & A/C company & asked for advice & an estimate, then he instantaneously recommended a ductless mini split. The mini split system is made up of an outdoor air compressor linked by way of a conduit to an indoor air handler. Installation required nothing more than a small hole in an exterior wall, mounting capabilities & access to electricity. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C company had our new system up & running within a few sevenths. The ductless system is a heat pump, which means that it provides both heating & cooling capacity. Although the device is super compact, it definitely handles the temperature demands of the dining room & maintains ideal comfort.
