A makeover that involved replacing a perfectly toiling heating component

Lori reluctantly drew her attention from the TV-entombed pebble gray cabinet.

She had just finished redecorating the Coldwater Canyon household she plus Tom had once shared.

The doorways were now framed by ionic columns stopped with broken pediments, plus the neo-Roman furniture was upholstered in pale white canvas. The light gray walls served as a background for first-century marble sculptures, French torchiere lamps, plus a wall-sized surrealistic canvas of a supersonic jet flying through the center of an enormous red apple. At first, she had adored the new decor, but now she had begun to think so much neoclassicism was too cold. The one thing she should have second guessed was her choice of getting a heat pump. She had visited the heating corporation earlier in the month plus consulted with the Heating & A/C tech, plus they both agreed that the heater was the best heating component for her home. The household already had existing HVAC duct; all they had to do when it came to the conduits was duct sealing. Lori also asked the Heating & A/C serviceman to update the digital control component with a Wi-Fi-enabled one. All these swings to her household plus her Heating & A/C system were not inspired by frequent heating repairs or insufficiency on the other unit. The component was okay since she had ensured annual heating maintenance, but simply because she had to find something to do with her time. The Heating & A/C felt like a necessary addition to the makeover. The household maintenance would also update the heating technology. Thank heavens the heating industry had something; otherwise, she would not have an excuse for the high-priced venture, especially since her ex-husband was paying for it.
