I love my home and I have been living here for quite a while now. I rememberI first moved in. I had such expectations for my home and I had all kinds of improvements that I wanted to make. Unfortunately life got in the way and time just flew. I wasn’t making the money I had planned on making. I could barely afford to keep my household bills paid, let alone trying to make any home improvement. After five years, it was clear that one of the things on my list had to be completed soon. I was having some serious problems with my HVAC system. I knew that I had to have it replaced, but I also knew it was going to need to wait for another year. That was when I was coming up for a promotion. You can’t imagine how excited I was when my promotion and raise came through only two months later. My raise was double what I thought it was going to be and I got a nice bonus for all of my hard work. I was able to call the HVAC company and get a new HVAC system. First I was thinking about all the cool things I wanted to do with the money. When I walked into the house, I had reality slapping me in the face. I knew the HVAC had to be the priority and I kissed the check while smiling and saying goodbye to it. I called the HVAC company and told them I need to discussed new heating and air conditioning for my home.
