I want to start this off by saying that I love my job.
I really have always imagined that I would have a job like I currently do and I could not be more thankful to be here.
However, lately I’ve been struggling a lot with my coworkers. There are a lot of women in my company and I love to be around feminine energy but it’s becoming hard to be around these people all day. Thankfully for the past year we have been able to work from home but for the past two weeks I’ve had to go into the office every day. I don’t know why I feel like before they never annoyed me and now I just can’t be around them. I think it’s because they are constantly complaining. Nothing is ever good enough for them at the office. One thing my coworkers are constantly complaining about is the air conditioning at the office. The air conditioning is always blasting and it’s freezing cold.I understand that it’s annoying to have the air-conditioning constantly running but this is nothing new to us. The air conditioning was always on before we left and started working from home and now they are just complaining, it feels like complaining. I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not gonna fix anything and if they have a real issue with the air conditioning they should tell upper management. However, they just sit around all day and complain about the temperature of the office. I’m getting quite sick of it and find my coworkers really annoying.
