It’s our first attempt at owning our easily own home.
This is something which I have dreamt of for a long time.
It took a lot of scrimping and saving although I was able to buy a small home all on our own. Not too bad for a single girl yet to turn 30. The idea was that I would do as much of the work on the location as I could. However, I knew that something love the Heating and A/C unit would have to be handled first in order for myself and others to even live in the house. Since I couldn’t afford to renovate and rent, I called the Heating and A/C supplier. The seasoned heating and cooling unit was well over 30 years old. While it ran, it definitely wasn’t capable of any real heating and cooling. It was a odd Heating and A/C plan that seemed to be sort of cobbled together by the previous owner. The air duct in the house was limited and the heat pump was of the lowest quality. I definitely wanted to go a completely uncommon direction. With the help of Heating and A/C professionals from the Heating and A/C supplier, I was able to do just that. They recommended that I choose a ductless mini split system. Actually, our house house had a volume where there would need to be 2 ductless mini split units. But this was so the way to go. Not only can the Heating and A/C supplier rip out all the seasoned Heating and A/C unit and air ducts, the new Heating and A/C is easy to install. Plus, this sort of heating and cooling unit is super efficient and perfect for a house this size. It’s still new although I have to say that I am ecstatic over our choice of Heating and A/C equipment.
