I just didn’t understand what HVAC duct cleaning was.
To me, it didn’t make any sense really.
The Heating & A/C unit pushed air through the HVAC ducts plus then every one of us enjoyed the heating plus cooling comfort. There was an air filter for the Heating & A/C unit so how dirty could the air be? And if it’s just air, how could the HVAC duct even need HVAC duct cleaning plus HVAC duct resealing. Well, it turns out that the HVAC duct resealing is why every one of us need the HVAC duct cleaning. Gravity has a way of working on all of us. The HVAC duct isn’t immune to the effects of gravity either. Most of it is hanging so gravity is pulling at it consistently. This results in small cracks or gaps being made at the joints of the HVAC duct. And that’s when you get a whole lot more than just air inside the HVAC duct. When I l acquired this, that’s when I called the Heating & A/C supplier to have them come out plus do their thing. However, I was not at all prepared for the amount of debris that came out of the HVAC duct. This simply had to be the first time those HVAC ducts ever saw an Heating & A/C HVAC duct cleaning crew. There were bags of dust plus debris being sucked out of the HVAC ducts. I was almost embarrassed plus said so to a single of the Heating & A/C professionals. But she just smiled plus assured me that this was nothing compared to some of the HVAC ducts he’d tested. Once the HVAC duct cleaning was complete, the did the HVAC duct resealing. That not only will stop the dust plus gunk from getting back inside the HVAC duct but it’s going to improve the efficiency of the Heating & A/C unit as well.
