It had pretty much always been my dream to build my own place of residence. Initially, my partner and I were hoping to raise our family in a property that we built. However, the overall expense of raising little ones and the fact that we had a wonderful property already put that plan on the back burner. The people I was with and I had 3 children that were sincerely close in age. The property that we raised our family in was easily suited to our family. Everybody had their own room. There was a finished basement and even a guest room. The only thing that we absolutely had to renovate was the kitchen and we also replaced the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. After that, we absolutely didn’t have to do much to the property and it served us well. Once our oldest started university, we started to really think about what it would be like when we were soon to find ourselves with an empty nest. The two of us definitely realized that our current property would be just too much for the two of us so we decided to start designing the property we consistently wanted. There is some amazing software available and we were able to put our plans together enough to have an architect do a really amazing job. The build was pretty challenging however we were both completely involved. In fact, we interviewed and chose the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor entirely on our own. The two of us had some entirely particular needs when it came to Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and we wanted to make sure we had the right Heating, Ventilation, and A/C people to help us out. It took some work however we managed to locate the perfect Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor. And it was worth every bit of effort to get her as well. She did such a wonderful job turning our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C wants and needs into reality.
