The HVAC unit uses a HEPA filter which is one of the highest quality filters in the market today. This means that my respiratory issues will reduce because of the good indoor air quality. The landlord advised about the HVAC maintenance, he recommended it be done at least once a year. The home service business had offered a complimentary HVAC service plan for the first session. This made me very happy as the move and everything involved had put a dent in my wallet. The residential HVAC had been purchased for the local commercial HVAC provider.
